CAMERA READY FITNESS ZOOM CLASSES

Class size: 4 people maximum per class 


Classes:

1. 30 min express workout

2. 30 min dynamic stretching 

3. 45 min full body workout 

 (Dumbbell or Bands Required)

4. 45 min legs, butt, & thighs 

5. 30 min core blast workout 

6. 45 min Kick-Fit


Class Packages:

All packages $99 for the first month


Get Fit Package 

$250 a month: 12 classes per month  

Average 3 classes a week


Advanced Package 

$350 a month: 16 classes per month 

Average 4 classes a week. 


Pro Package 

$450 a month: 20 classes per month 

Average 5 classes per week. 

Package also includes:

Nutrition Counseling including individualized meal plan. 

7 day a week support 

Body measurements and weekly follow ups.


One on one sessions available for an additional charge.


Additional Nutrition & Support Package 

$99 for the 1st month: $50 each additional month. Package Includes:

Nutrition Counseling including individualized meal plan. 

7 day a week support

Body measurements and weekly follow ups. 


25 classes a week to choose from. Classes available 6 days a week.

Express Workout (30 mins)

Monday & Wednesday 6:30am-7:00am

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 6:00pm - 6:30pm

Saturday 7:15am - 7:45am

This class consists of my 15-minute muscle building and fat burning HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) cardio workout, core work and stretching. 


Dynamic Stretching (30 mins)

Monday & Wednesday 7:15am – 7:45am

Monday & Wednesday 7:00pm – 7:30pm

Friday 5:00pm – 5:30 pm

Saturday 10:00am-10:30am

This class uses various stretching and Yoga techniques to improve flexibility, prevent injury and help recovery. 


Full Body Workout (45 mins)

Monday & Friday 5:00 pm– 5:45 pm

Wednesday & Saturday 8:00am – 8:45am 

This class uses strength training and HIIT cardio exercises to give you an effective muscle building and fat burning full body workout. (Dumbbells or bands required)


Kick-Fit (45 mins)

Tuesday & Thursday 7:00am – 7:45am

Tuesday 5:00pm – 5:45pm

Thursday 6:15pm – 7:00pm

Saturday 9:00am-9:45am

This class uses fitness, kickboxing, and boxing techniques to help you achieve a fit, tone athletic body. 


Core Blast (30 mins)

Tuesday 6:00pm – 6:30pm

Thursday 8:00am – 8:30am

This class uses various fitness techniques and exercises to help strengthen and tone your stomach


Legs, Butt & Thighs (45 mins)

Tuesday 8:00am – 8:45am

Thursday 5:00pm – 5:45pm

This class uses fitness and martial arts techniques to firm and tone your lower body.

(Leg bands and/or ankle weights optional)
